WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:We are looking for a dynamic Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain fire apparatus and emergency vehicles. Perform skilled work in maintaining automotive, medium and heavy duty trucks, to include all Fire Division and Rescue (EMS) Division vehicles, including small gas engines and other associated equipment. RequirementsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Self-starter with positive can do attitudeMust have knowledge of Diesel enginesValid class CDL B drivers license with Air Brakes or the ability to obtain.Knowledge of up-to-date methods of maintaining autos, trucks and emergency vehicles preferredASE and/or EVT certifications a plusThis is a full-time position, Monday - Friday 7:30-3:30Pay range is from $25-32/hr depending on experience and certifications.BenefitsWe offer extensive training in addition to our comprehensive benefit package including, medical, dental, vision, LTD, 401k, paid holidays, sick/personal and vacation time.
