Description We are on the lookout for an adept Project Assistant to be a part of our team located in SEYMOUR, Connecticut. The primary role will be to manage customer service and data entry tasks in a manufacturing environment. The position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Assisting in the management of project timelines to ensure efficient workflow Providing customer service by resolving customer inquiries promptly Performing data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft tools to organize files and manage data Providing clerical support to various departments and performing specialized clerical duties as required Scanning, organizing and maintaining files for easy access and retrieval Overseeing shipping functions and ensuring all tasks are performed accurately Operating ECI M1 software to manage and track project details Ensuring basic office skills are utilized in carrying out daily tasks Adapting to the manufacturing industry environment and complying with industry standards.Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word Experience with data entry and computer data entry skills Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders Proven ability to organize files and manage documentation Experience with scanning and shipping functions Basic office skills are essential Capable of performing clerical duties and providing clerical support Knowledge of specialized clerical tasks is a plus Familiarity with the manufacturing environment and industry Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines A proactive approach and the ability to take initiative.TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
