TOMRA Collections is looking for a P&O Generalist to join our team and help drive a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace across multiple locations. Location: Shelton, CT (Travel Required)Pay: $75,000-80,000 What You’ll DoAs a key member of our P&O team, you’ll:Partner with leaders to provide guidance on employee relations, policies, and employment lawEnsure consistent and accurate interpretation of P&O policies across the organization and conducts regular audits to monitor and enforce complianceSupport benefits administration, including invoicing, open enrollment and vendor coordinationAssist with recruitment, onboarding, and background checksLead and support employee training and development initiativesProvide advice and counsel to managers and supervisors regarding personnel practices, policy and employment lawsHelp manage performance programs and workforce planning effortsConduct investigations and support employee relations matters such as disciplinary procedures and appropriate corresponding paperwork/documentationMaintain HRIS data and ensure compliance across all processesTravel (up to 50%) to support teams across the Northeast What You BringStrong knowledge of HR practices and employment lawsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office (ADP Workforce Now a plus)Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus Education & ExperienceBachelor’s + 2–4 years HR experience ORMaster’s + 1 year HR experience OR6+ years of relevant experiencePHR or SHRM-CP preferredExperience in multi-state or decentralized environments is a plus Why Join Us?Make a real impact on employee experience and organizational successCollaborate with a supportive and forward-thinking teamGain exposure across multiple sites and leadership levels
