A services company in Connecticut is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their staff in a Senior-level role.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:
  • End-to-end management of operational aspects of all assigned projects and gains consensus from stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
  • Ensuring assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet high quality standards and Leadership expectations using the appropriate tools
  • Developing detailed project plans and using associated project planning tools needed
  • Meeting with internal customers at various levels of management for assigned projects to provide status updates and reports and gather project-related feedback
  • Facilitating discussions in order to obtain agreements between Product and Customer Operations from initial new product project charter to deployment
  • Managing all aspects of employee field trial planning, including market communication, participant recruitment, survey design, results analysis and final results readouts
  • Assisting in the new process design and documentation as needed for the new products they support
  • Evaluating multiple alternatives to meet sponsor's and Customer Operations' business needs
  • Providing weekly update of status of projects key health indicators from concept through implementation
  • Escalating risks or identified issues directly to program manager and document in weekly project reporting
  • Tracking costs and performance, service levels and other metrics required to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
  • Mentoring employees to become more proficient in project management and new product testing and deployment.
  • Performing other duties as, requested

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Experience with MDU (Multi-Dwelling Units)
  • Experience running test projects
  • Solid understanding of Test Cases/Validation
  • Computer savvy
  • Solid problem solving and time management skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized

Desired Skills:
  • Engineering Trials experience
