Conversion to full-time staff could be a consideration for this role. Role PurposeThe On Air Graphics Project Manager operates as the logistical hub of our motion graphics projectsResponsibilitiesAggregate project information and specifications:Formulate deliverables listsCreate job calendarsCreate budget estimatesWork with Scheduling and senior management to secure resources to complete the needed work (both internal and external resources)Manage the time of the artists, ensuring the project stays on calendarCollaborate with other in-house Project Managers and Scheduler to share resources amongst the various overlapping propertiesCollaborate with Art Directors to guide and facilitate the creative processCollaborate with show-side staff to set expectations, timelines and budgets as it pertains to their particular needs, shepherding projects from the build phase (pre-air) to the support phase (on-air support)Deliver the highest-quality graphics on time and on budget, ensuring a smooth workflow and punctual delivery of QC’d, air-worthy motion graphics assets
