Professional Marketing Manager, OHCAs part of our Dental Professional team, North America – marketing & sales teams & Global Dental Professional Marketing, you will develop and activate consumer and dental professional marketing strategies to grow Dental Professional product recommendations and sales while delivering the US P&L. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of national dental professional marketing plans, including advertising and promotional activities while partnering with our global team to co-develop innovation roadmaps that address local customer (DP) and Consumer (patient) insights.Your role:
Grows awareness, trial, purchase, preference, and acceptance for Philips Oral Health products among US-based Dental Professionals (dentists, dental hygienists, other key staff) and their patients; defines and executes go-to-market strategies and communication with Dental Professionals; Shapes the professional oral healthcare product portfolio (professional whitening and interdental.)
Builds Philips Zoom!, the #1 patient requested professional whitening brand, and its growing presence in the dental professional market. Develops the Marketing Plan linked to strategic objectives of the Business Market Combination and Strategic Plans.
Analyzes consumer research, dental professional research, channel trends, current market conditions and competitor information to unlock new insights that will drive competitive advantage.
Teams up with the global category team to localize product launches and packaging and provide local customer insights to co-develop innovation roadmaps and brand strategy. Leads cross-functional brand and category reviews to identify issues and opportunities
Establishes effective working relationships. Leveraging ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, external agencies and partners. Engages and influences stakeholders effectively; developing and coordinating means to seek regular input from Senior Management.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in a professional marketing (B2B) setting or CPG environment; working with a sales force in the healthcare space is preferred and showing a proven leadership capability.
Your skills include analytical orientation, including demonstrated experience managing forecasting, financial budgets, or similar; strong Excel skills; critical thinking; problem analysis and solving, attention to detail; solid organization & time management skills.
You have a Bachelor Degree, preferred and MBA, nice to have.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You also have excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong PowerPoint and presentation skills; ability to occasionally travel within the US.

Philips Transparency DetailsThe pay range for this position in Stamford, CT is $106,000 to $170,000.The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
