The role has responsibility for supporting and optimizing all aspects of the customer experience as it relates to Logistics for all North America Henkel Consumer Goods. Accountable for continuous improvement of processes across the Transportation and Warehousing teams. Industrial Engineer with Black Belt certification is preferred. Builds capability across the Henkel NA Region supporting both CPG Retail divisions of Beauty and Laundry/Home Care.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The Logistics Steering Senior Manager will facilitate operational excellence in network design and delivery, logistics and performance management. The role is divided between strategic orientation and operational execution as required. The role will be required to achieve the following deliverables including but not limited to:Project ManagementManage warehousing projects including automation, network optimization, & continuous improvementLead North America warehousing capital investment strategyOrganize collaborative working sessions to generate new initiatives and track projectsTrack and communicate results, provide executive updatesCost SavingsLead the development and execution of the North America Logistics savings pipelineCreate cost tracking and budget management toolsFacilitate cost savings initiatives to include tracking and reporting resultsCollaborate with cross-functional groups to identify and execute new cost savings projectsKPI Design and ManagementDesign and implement logistics process improvements that deliver in key areas like Delivery/OTIF, Savings, and SafetyCreate automated KPI reporting capabilities using Power BI with intuitive functionality and executive level designCreate automated solutions for manual reports including various system data pulls (SAP, WMS, OTM, 4-Kites)YOUR SKILLSMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, or other relevant subject) 5-10 years manager level experience in Operations / Supply Chain Demonstrable operations management and execution capability Extensive knowledge of network design, logistics, transportation and warehousing Advanced skills in analytics and reporting (Microsoft Excel, Power BI) Experience in Logistics KPI design and management Proven track record of implementing broad scale process improvements and cost savings initiatives Strong communication skills with ability to drive and influence decisions at all levels within the organizationPhysical Requirements:Office environment. Up to 20% travel may be required.The salary for this role is $112,700.00 - $173,200.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
