Great opportunities.​As the Solutions and Implementation Manager - Central & Western Region you will be responsible for overseeing the addition of new products, services, training, and technology on behalf of Advanced Solutions Group (ASG). Working closely with all levels within the organization to onboard, gather feedback, offer customized sales solutions and ensure customer retention with WEDGE Environmental Monitoring / United Rentals Proprietary network of sensors.If you would enjoy the chance to make your mark with the world’s largest equipment rental provider, consider a future with United Rentals. Sales/Operations/Product Development

Work closely with Sales teams across the organization as a Technical Subject Matter Expert (TSME) to promote the WEDGE product and assist Sales with having conversations with their customers.

Research and document other competitor equipment that customers are using for similar results. Inform leadership of effectiveness and impact to our offerings and product development.

Check in with sales teams to ensure that they are following up with customer on the product.

Identify and interpret customer requirements mainly for solution as well as services. Work with local sales teams (OSR/SAM/NAM).

Address key accounts' needs to maximize solution generation. Support sales teams, as needed, with customer interactions.

Provide in-person technical training to onboard staff in different districts/branches.

Act as key technical resource for all branches on the WEDGE technology.

Install demos for new customers and partner with sales reps, as needed, on WEDGE Tech depending on market.

Support Region Wedge technicians (WEDGE Specialists) with Technical expertise, logistics/equipment forecasting planning

Report on new installs & site removals monthly to Product Manager Insights for KPIs

Manage operation policies, standards and procedures

Develop and maintain training materials, keep updated with all new releases of equipment.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives - collect and document customer feedback Work with local team to collect feedback from customer about user experience and product improvements.

Analyze customer needs and current market trends and make recommendations to the company in terms of services, processes and product optimization.

Area of support would be in the Central & Western RegionRequirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Sales experience preferred

Minimum 5 years construction industry experience

Understanding, creating and communicating technical specifications to non-technical individuals.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Planning and organizational skills

Working knowledge of Rental Man

Excellent written communication skills, judgment and influencing skills

Sense of urgency

Customer-service oriented

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

A valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Working in an office environment

Working in a field/construction site environment for customer facing work

Travel up to 50%
