Reporting to the Life Enrichment Director, we are seeking a Community Driver/Life Enrichment Assistant, who will be responsible for transportation for residents to and from doctor's appointments, local events and shopping, and assisting the activities team with setting up and conducting activities and programming for residents.Schedule:Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. Weekend availability required. Salary Range: $21.50 - $22.00 HourlyResponsibilities and DutiesDrives residents to and from medical appointments, local events and shopping trips in a safe mannerEnsures the vehicle is inspected before each use to ensure it is safe and clean prior to leaving the communityEnsures preventive maintenance and all other maintenance required, it performed in a timely mannerVerifies that all passengers and their equipment (wheelchairs, walkers) are safely secured prior to departureKeeps an accurate record of all inspections, maintenance, and resident attendanceAssists in setting up tables/chairs within the community for resident activitiesConducts activities and programming for residentsParticipates in and attends all in-service training as scheduledEnsures compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations, as well as community policies and proceduresOther duties as assigned
