Major responsibilities
- Cooperate with product and operational teams to identify key opportunities to boost the customer journey & experience
- Administer clear communications to the customer that are material to their needs and life stage
- Evolve, launch, constitute, and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns and also spearhead short-term advertising and marketing solutions
- Drive more insight and analysis into the effectiveness of CRM initiatives
- In addition to guiding a team of digital specialists, you will lead the digital strategy
- Ensure that the CRM plan is executed on time and within budget
- Handle weekly reviews with key stakeholders, get budgetary sign off and report back on ROI
- Prioritize take up of products/services through new channels to fall in line with business objectives
Requirements
- Less than one year of experience
- An equilibrium of skill, management experience and initiative
- Awareness of frontline customer journey, driving traffic to our main site
- Adept in vendor management
- Vital multi-channel marketing and digital brand consistency
- Skilled in SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email marketing, Digital Ad displays, Retargeting, CRM
- Content Management System (CMS) & Digital Marketing System (DMS) experience
- Deep understanding of email marketing
- Expertise in NetSuite
- WordPress experience desired
- Past experience in management
- Distinguished ability in conceiving digital brands with strong ROI
