Description Robert Half is currently seeking a Loan Servicing Support Specialist. This role is responsible for performance of support duties related to the processing and servicing of loans. Tasks include customer communication, processes to maintain accurate system records, payment postings, and legal documents. This is the Loan Servicing Support position if you are a detail-oriented, organized, and driven individual.Your responsibilities in this role
Answer customer inquiries efficiently and accurately, which may include generating loan payoff letters
Review loan documentation for accuracy and completeness
Research missing or misapplied loan payments
Loan maintenance, such as, modifications, extensions and required changes in core processing system
Correct credit reporting errors and respond to credit reporting disputes
Put together escrow payments for property taxes, insurance, and association dues
Processes payments, advances, and adjustments on loans Requirements
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Hands-on knowledge of MS Office Suite
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills as well as high attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent required (AA/BA/BS in Accounting, finance or economics preferred)
Ability to work in a compliance driven and highly confidential environment
