Employment Type:Part timeShift:Day ShiftDescription:Position Purpose:Performs diagnostic cardiac and vascular ultrasound examinations on patients. Maintains proficient workflow and performs clerical duties as needed.What you will do:

Performs echocardiograms and various vascular ultrasounds on adult patients in the community per physician order for diagnostic purposes.

Performs ankle brachial indices (ABI) and pulse volume recording (PVR) on all adult patients for physician interpretation and treatment.

Provides preliminary findings for reading physician.

Assesses patients and adapts to clinical and cultural situations.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Graduate of an approved cardiac and/or vascular ultrasound technology program, with active ARDMS or CCI registries for both. RDCS, RVT, RCS, RVS are acceptable.

Minimum three (3) years experience in cardiac and/or vascular sonography.

Must possess a BLS certification.
