Description Well known local non profit is seeking an Entry Level Recruiter/ HR Generalist to support its growing organization. The Entry Level Recruiter/HR Generalist is an influential part of the organization supporting the mission and a positive culture. The are seeking an individual who is hands on and will support the Director of Human Resources in the daily HR Administration of the organization.Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Managing sourcing and recruitment process

Running orientation and onboarding process

Onboarding new employees, maintain employee files

Partnering with hiring managers on interview processes, feedback, and scheduling

Assisting with HR Generalist responsibilities

The idea candidate will have an interest in learning human resources functions and recruitment/talent acquisition. Bachelors Degree in related field a plus or internship experience helpful. Must be a team player, strong communication skills, and ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Salary will be based on experience ranging from $48,000-$52,000 plus a great benefits package and 3 weeks PTO.
