Description We are offering an opportunity for an Executive Assistant in the bustling location of Greenwich, Connecticut. In this role, you will provide critical administrative support to multiple executives within our office, playing a vital role in ensuring our leaders can operate efficiently and effectively. This role is particularly suitable for those with experience in the investment and legal sectors.Responsibilities: Manage complex and dynamic calendars, liaising with internal stakeholders and external parties for communication and on-site scheduling Ensure executives stay on schedule and meet daily deliverables, monitor, and maintain their task lists, dashboards, and workflow Assist with meeting preparation and follow up, which includes maintaining agendas, creating pre-meeting packets, and distributing follow-up items Assist with document preparation, management, and archiving to ensure all records are kept up-to-date and easily accessible Provide excellent customer service to external partners through clear communication and timely follow-up Manage contacts and contact databases, including maintaining good relationships with key internal and external contacts relevant to the executive’s role Process and follow up on executives’ service and support needs, including IT, purchasing, facilities, travel, and expense reimbursement Use skills in Calendar Management, Scheduling, Meeting Notes, Meeting Minutes, and Coordinate Travel Arrangements to effectively fulfill responsibilities. Education: Diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant program OR an active CT CNA, EMT, Paramedic or Medic Certification OR relative experience as outlined below. Certified BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date. All required credentials to be maintained throughout employment. Experience: In lieu of education requirement, at least one year of experience in direct patient care (acute or ambulatory space) may be considered.
