Description Job Title: Payroll Specialist Job Type: Full-Time Permanent Robert Half Contact: elizabeth.dutkiewicz@roberthalf com Our client, a prominent and expanding healthcare organization is looking to hire a Payroll Specialist for their corporate office located in the Newington, CT area. This is a permanent, full-time role with excellent benefits and growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage payroll for all multiple locations.

Prepare and maintain accurate payroll records and reports.

Uphold compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.

Liaise with various departments to ensure payroll processes align with company policies.

Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee queries about payroll.

Coordinate with HR on employee benefits and deductions.

Qualification and Experience:

Previous payroll processing experience.

Knowledge of payroll processes and employment legislation.

Familiarity with payroll software.

Exceptional numeric skills with strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication and time management skills.
