You’ll grow professionally with us as we rise together on impactful projects with a high degree of technical complexity) from the concept stage through detailed design and construction services. You’ll be leading multidiscipline planning and design teams to complete tasks within established schedules and budgets and help advance our business development strategies. Your relationships with our clients and communities will support our growth with key and strategic pursuits of traditional planning and design projects as well as alternative delivery opportunities. B.S. or M.S. degree in related engineering or applicable discipline Progressively responsible Project Management experience with transportation projects and consulting Strong understanding of project delivery tools and metrics, and a proven history leading project delivery teams to successfully meet client expectations. Attributes that include excellent oral and written communications, self-motivation, team-oriented work practices, strong data analysis and technical problem solving, and a strong organizational approach Connecticut Professional Engineer PE license. Previous experience with design of roadway/highway facilities and management of similar projects Must be able to demonstrate leadership abilities and possess written and oral communication skills is required Must be able to lead a design team developing construction plans for roadway/highway facilities Working knowledge of federal, state, and local design guidelines including the CTDOT Design ManualsIdeally, you’ll also have: Relationships with clients and/or teaming partners in Connecticut including, CTDOT, COGs and municipalities.
