We are currently hiring for a first shift production lead in Windsor CT. This individual will oversee a group of assemblers and ensure production schedules are met. Will supervise, train, and evaluate, department members in coordination with the foreman. Must have previous supervisory experience in a production/manufacturing environment. Looking for individuals who are mechanically inclined.
