This role will create quality financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for the Windsor Locks Facility organization. Deliver reports and presentations to management on financial analysis, results, and recommendations and provides guidance on key financial issues and decisions. This position is a hybrid role in Windsor Locks, CT. Primary Responsibilities:

Supports the Windsor Locks facilities leadership to develop operational goals thru financial analysis, research, and forecasts that support financial goals and business operations for the annual operating plan.

Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts for accuracy and completeness. Complete monthly journal entries to support month-end general ledger closes.

Accurately prepare, analyze, and report monthly financial statements and year-end financial reports in conformance with GAAP.

Maintain the Facilities chart of accounts by opening and closing WBS/work orders for the team to complete maintenance related to the Windsor Locks site.

Analyze information and communication opportunities to reduce cost and maximize profit.

Create value added financial analysis showing the implications of decisions and help the Facilities group get approval for viable Capital Investments with business cases and budgets

Conduct small-scale projects, completing ad hoc analysis

Qualifications/ Experience Needed:

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience

U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
