Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Client Services Assoicates in Woodbridge, Connecticut. This role is situated in a dynamic industry where you will be involved in managing project logistics, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing administrative support.Responsibilities: Streamlining client work through effective project management and utilization of project management templates. Acting as the liaison between the company and client representatives for resolving any issues related to meeting and event logistics. Ensuring that consulting staff are prepared with necessary materials for upcoming client events. Assisting in the planning, implementation, and follow-up of client meetings and retreats, which includes planning logistics, setting up the venue, providing on-site support and taking notes. Organizing travel accommodations such as flight, train, hotel, and car service as required. Assisting with client scheduling tasks as necessary. Managing outsourced support for various administrative duties. Arranging internal meetings as per requirement. Assisting the Marketing Lead in carrying out marketing activities. Overseeing the order and processing of supplies needed for the firm. Handling customer service and data entry tasks efficiently. Managing timelines effectively using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and other software. Organizing files, scanning, and shipping functions as and when required.Requirements Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Assistant or in a similar role. Demonstrated skills in Customer Service are essential. Proficiency in Data Entry is required. Capability to effectively Manage Timelines is necessary. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word. Should have experience in Organizing Files. Experience in Scanning is a plus. Familiarity with Shipping Functions is essential.
