We’re seeking a motivated and organized Marketing & Office Manager to join our team in Wilmington, DE. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in both marketing and office administration. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a growing company, support day-to-day operations, and help execute marketing strategies that drive business success.

Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies
Manage the company’s online presence and communication channels
Help organize office activities, schedules, and daily operations
Provide administrative support to leadership and staff as needed
Handle office supplies, vendor relationships, and general office upkeep
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in marketing, office management, or a similar role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic digital marketing tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented, self-starter, and team player
