Position Overview:

The GM will helm and nurture our team of salaried and hourly personnel, ensuring peak performance, safety, quality, and attendance. Success in this role hinges on empowering the team with essential tools, fostering productivity and efficiency via data-informed strategies and analytical problem-solving. A critical aspect of the role is upholding our promise to customers, ensuring timely and accurate order delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, support, and inspire both salaried and hourly team members.
Orchestrate major projects with wide-reaching impacts on site and region.
Develop and implement productivity strategies, collaborating with senior stakeholders for precise requirement assessments.
Uphold and enhance safety, quality, productivity, and commitment to delivery schedules.
Engage with various support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, and Human Resources, to realize business goals.
Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 49 LBS and remain active for up to 12 hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing a diverse team of over 20 hourly and/or salaried employees.
Proficiency in thriving within high-velocity environments.
Exceptional communication and writing skills.
Demonstrated leadership prowess.

Skilled in conducting interviews and informed hiring decisions.
Familiarity with HR practices and team management principles.
A Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
