Collector Position: ($14 per hour) We are looking to fill 2-4 positions
This position focuses on collecting payments and general customer service. This position will require you to contact clients who defaulted on their accounts, in order to get them current. It also require you to have basic skills to calculate payments and late fees in order to give proper information. Collectors are also required to do basic skip tracing to find new contact information for accounts. Finding new collection strategies are a key component of this position. It is important to us that our clients understand the terms of their loan, how the repayment process works, and how they can keep their account current. We strive to provide exceptional customer service in a safe and comfortable, confidential environment.
Shifts for Collectors:
9am to 5pm
10am to 6pm
11am to 7pm
10am 4pm (Rotated 1 to 2 Saturdays a month)
Loan Officers : ($12-15 per hour) We are looking to fill 7-10 positions
Loan Officers are responsible for processing loans, early collections, and daily office tasks. This position offers the most client interaction, whether it be face to face or on the phone. We pride ourselves in giving our clients the best customer service, and it all starts with our Loan Officers.
No experience is required and we do all of our training in-house. If you are looking for a stepping stone in your financial career, this is the company and position for you!
Shifts for Loan Officers:
8:30 am to 4:30pm
11am to 7pm
10am 4pm (Rotate every other Saturday )
