Our national client is looking for a temporary to hire customer representative in a high volume call center environment. This person will be answering phone inquiries from customers and putting the information into the system that they receive. This person needs to have customer service experience with answering a high volume of phone calls a day and be able to work independently.
2+ years experience in a Customer Service Role is REQUIRED for consideration!
Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word specifically) You will be tested on these skills
- Listening skills and ability to communicate information in a clear, courteous, concise and logical manner
- Excellent decision making, problem solving and analytical skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work independently.
