CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
Part-time inbound call center position is available for the right candidate with good verbal and written communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
All training will be provided. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Must possess a high level of enthusiasm
MUST have previous telemarketing customer service experience
Must work well independently with minimal supervision
Must be dependable and reliable - schedule adherence is important
Must be comfortable with computer and be able to multi-task (help customer while navigating through multiple computer screens)
Available Shifts
Monday - Friday 4 hour shift from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Monday - Friday 5 hour shift from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Monday - Friday 4-hour shift from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Monday - Friday 5 hour shift from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Paid Training
Pay rate $15 to $16 per hour depending on experience.
