Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer calls, and provide information on services and appointments.Ensure customer satisfaction
Appointment Scheduling: Manage the calendar efficiently, schedule appointments, and coordinate with the service department. Move cars where necessary
Repair and parts advisory: If possible, provide information on repairs, load parts into repair tickets, and manage part deliveries
Requires:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in automotive or service industry.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Interest and knowledge in automotive repair industry
