American Dental Care is located in the heart of Dover, Delaware. This well established family practice is seeking a qualified recent graduate or an experienced dentist to join our team. Full time or part time position with flexible schedule.
Our Practice
Led by Dr. Patel, our teams of partnered dentists have worked hard to combine modern comfort and design, with technology and the highest standard of care.
Dr. Amit Patel has more than 15 years of performing excellent, patientâfocused care in private dental practice. Joining his team in practice are 4 full time Registered Dental Hygienists, 4 certified dental assistants and an efficient administrative team.
We recently fitâout a 7000 plus sqf brand new facility with 12 Ops and room to expand. Our growing patient base (over 30 a week!!!), our awesome staff, and the new fitâout have created wonderful and stable growth opportunities.
We invest heavily in new technology to maintain our youth and motivation, offering advanced services and treatments like Invisalign with iTero, surgery, and awesome kinds of endo. We intend to continue evaluating and investing in equipment, materials, supplies, new processes and treatments.
ABOUT OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Licensed in Delaware in good standing
Highly ethical and professional.
An outgoing personality and goodâ natured sense of humor;
Excellent restorative skills and confidence performing advanced services;
Desire to learn new techniques and practice methods;
Capable of making a human connection with patients and staff;
Creative, flexible problem solvers who understand each person's situation is unique to them;
