An Apartment Turnover Specialist is responsible for the process of preparing an apartment for a new tenant after the previous one has vacated. Responsibilities to include cleaning, repairs, renovations and inspections. This position requires a motivated individual that can work well independently. Some training will be provided. Valid drivers license is required. Background check required.
