Looking for part-time to full-time help with my urban farming operation.
A lot of the work is around microgreens, so it is in a comfortable environment, but it requires good dexterity.
I’m hoping for someone with an entrepreneurial mind who sees the value in providing local organic produce.
The farm is in its early phases, so the work does require a certain tenacity. It’s not exactly easy what I’m doing, but it is extremely rewarding and I am very willing to negotiate on pay if I find an individual with a desire to develop a fast pace.
