Looking for JACK OF ALL TRADES, subcontractor for growing home improvement outfit, active currently in two states across several cities and regions.
Our phone is ringing for all sorts of property maintenance and repairs from simple things like replacing plumbing and electrical fixtures all the way up to full scale renovations.
Must be able to handle the following kinds of repairs, and must have a thorough understanding of most of the following:
- Drywall repairs and installing (including all types of finishing)
- Tile
- Kitchen and bath remodels
- Roof repairs (we don't force you to go out on the steep ones)
- Crawlspace and attic repairs
- Concrete and brick work
- All types carpentry
- Decks and fences both repair and new builds
- Minor plumbing and electrical
- Windows and doors
And most other general home repairs (we don't turn work down).
Qualifications:
- Must have five to ten or more years experience in home or commercial property maintenance and repairs.
- Hold a class c contractors license or better or be willing to obtain one quickly (we can help in this process).
- Pass a background check.
- Be able to work independently and be proficient at getting things done in a Timely way, without management.
- Honest, dependable, on time, and responsive.
- Must have own transportation (we reimburse your gas and cover vehicle wear and tear).
- Must have own tools, okay if you don't have a few things but should have most common bases covered.
