HELP WANTED – Installation Technician (Full-Time) HydroShield of Delmarva
HydroShield of Delmarva is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our growing team! We specialize in protective surface treatments for countertops, glass, tile, grout, and more. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Position: Installation Technician Location: Delmarva Region Schedule: Monday–Friday (No weekends!) Pay: Starting at $17.50/hr+, based on experience up to $29/hr.
Requirements:
Must be 25 years or older (for insurance purposes)
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Must be comfortable with manual labor and working with hand tools
Non-smoker (this is a smoke-free company)
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Experience in home services or construction a plus, but not required
