1. Handyman with plumbing/ electrical /HVAC skill -
A skilled handyman to assist in ongoing residential projects in Wilmington. Must be honest, dependable, drug free. $30 to 33/ hr. to start then increases with proven skills. . You reply to this posting with an email. Thanks.
Skills needed: door, window replacement, plumbing and electrical, roof repair, unclog drain, flooring, install electrical fixtures, add new point, Installation and/or repair of faucets, drains, toilets, diverters etc
Must have own tools, own car with insurance.
Requirements:
- Local to Wilmington, DE
- Own, reliable transportation to pick up materials (and must provide proof of insurance, or sign a waiver).
- Valid driver's license
- Must have own tools
- Own cellphone, ability to email, text, and send pictures
- Demonstrate initiative, able to troubleshoot
- Must be a hard worker, honest, reliable
- Must be organized, and detail minded
- Communicate well, both oral and written
- Neat and clean appearance
- Work independently and complete punch lists
- Clean up upon completing repairs and maintenance
- Must pass drug test and criminal background check before being hired
Pay rate $30 to $33 hr
