Looking for barn help with horses (Camden) at
Benchmark sport horses. If you can't show up please don't bother reaching out. My main help is having surgery soon.

Looking for help for farm in Camden, DE. Looking for someone capable of doing am and pm or one shift. Anywhere from 6-9am morning shift to 4-8pm. Clean 12 stalls, fill hay bags in stalls, water stalls and use blower in barn. Pick out small round pens, fill water in pens and hay bags in pens. Generally only two hours of work sometimes more or less depending on horses, weather, etc. Pay is flat rate by day $50 a shift or $100 a day if both shifts. There are additional employees to assist.
Need to be reliable. It's outside and it may be hot, cold or raining. Horses still need care. Must be willing to work in pens or stalls with horses on occasion. Be willing to learn to walk horses short distances. Horse experience is not necessary but you can't be scared or unwilling to learn to work around them.
Be capable of doing moderate physical activities such as lifting 40lb hay bales, scooping manure, pushing full wheelbarrows, etc.
Attention to detail of keeping the barn and farm raked and swept up.
Working fast or slow doesn't matter but just rushing through because it's a flat rate likely means this won't work out. Attention to detail is important and being self sufficient to look around and see what needs to be done. We are fun, laid back and I promise we don't micromanage
