About the Role:
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Warehouse Lead Associates. This is an opportunity to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with opportunities for growth and advancement. If you are efficient, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various warehouse functions, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and oversee tasks in various warehouse stations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and quality control.
- Ensure all warehouse activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
- Assist in training and guiding general warehouse associates.
- Maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks (training provided if needed).
- Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, loading, and unloading goods.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly productivity goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous warehouse experience, with leadership or supervisory skills a plus.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
- A desire to grow and develop within the company.
