We are seeking a qualified attorney who is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware to serve as local counsel in a federal defamation lawsuit.
Role Details:
- You will be the attorney of record for a defamation case pending in Delaware federal court.
- All pleadings, substantive motions, and written filings will be prepared by out-of-state co-counsel.
- Your primary responsibilities will be to appear as local counsel, file pleadings, and make required court appearances as needed.
- This is a limited-scope engagement; you will not be responsible for drafting pleadings or managing case strategy.
Requirements:
- Must be licensed and in good standing to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
- Experience with federal court procedures preferred.
