What you'll do:
Produce ads for a variety of clients and media (print, social, digital, billboards, etc.).
Work with the Creative Manager to develop fun, engaging recruitment campaigns.
Have daily dynamic interaction with our applicants and community partners on all outlets of social media; monitor and engage communities to foster conversation and participation.
Set and post social media ads on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
Partner with local market to drive their local social media pages by providing content and assistance engaging local groups.

You are a master of all things social. You know how to engage people and how to empathize in delicate situations.
You stay on top of design and social media trends to continually elevate your work & generate new ideas.
You can deliver strong designs during rapid, iterative processes.
The details matter to you; youre not happy until your designs are perfectly spaced to the last pixel.
You are comfortable switching gears as projects are reprioritized one minute youre posting content on Facebook, the next, youre setting billboard creative for our vendors.
Were looking for someone with:
A minimum of 1+ yr. Graphic Design experience. Portfolio required.
1+ yrs. of professional social media account experience (Facebook, Twitter, Google +, Instagram, etc.). Examples required.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience in advertising and direct marketing design.
Ability to adapt when needed; business decisions require quick execution.
