Are you a motivated self-starter looking to join a fast-growing, nationally recognized spice company? We're searching for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to help us take our production and operations to the next level!
What You’ll Do:
Spice Bagging & Filling: Scoop and fill spice bags with precision and care. Bottle & Cap sauces or Containers.
Labeling & Assembly: Label and assemble containers to perfection (2 days/week).
Prep, Dating & Bagging: Prepare for Logistics & Shipping
Shopkeeper Duties: Assist with organization, inventory, and workspace management.
Cleaning & Maintenance: Keep our clean, air-conditioned facility in top-notch condition.
What We Offer:
Flexible Schedule: 3-4 shifts, 6-8 hours each. Must be available Mondays and Tuesdays; other days are your choice or dependant on production schedule.
Paid Time Off: After 3 months (calculated based on hours worked).
Commitment Bonus: $150 after your first 6 months!
Holiday Bonuses: $50 for Christmas and your birthday.
Growth Opportunities: More hours available as we expand and launch new products. Off Premise Events with commission is possible!

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in manufacturing, working with hands, mass production, or food production preferred.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 6 hours.
Attention to detail, cleanliness, and excellent hygiene are non-negotiable—we work with food!
Pay & Job Type:
Part-Time: $15.00 per hour.
