The Administrative Assistant will work under supervision of Construction
Management Staff and will assist management with all daily office tasks.

Strong organization and problem-solving skills
Strong level of discretion, professionalism and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills – both oral and written
Computer skills in Microsoft Office based programs
Entering Account Receivables and Payables
Invoicing and Job Costing
Weekly payroll entry SAGE SOFTWARE
Weekly filing payroll taxes
Ability to handle confidential information
Sense of urgency & ability to meet deadlines (self-directed)
Minimum of two (2) years experience in office administration/executive
assistance (construction experience preferred)
