Timeless Design by Kate FitzGerald-Wilks is an award-winning interior design firm in Landenberg, PA that is seeking a self-starter to fill the role of Project Manager. Must possess a pleasant, professional demeanor, can-do attitude, high attention to detail, and organization with an interest in collaboration and creative problem-solving.
Job Responsibilities:
Generally, assist with logistics, scheduling work, project planning, receiving and returning merchandise, measurements, preparation of presentations, inventory organization, and project installations with our designer. Provide clerical and administrative support in the office as needed.
- Manage email and phone communication with clients and vendors to forward progress on design projects, including answering questions from tradespeople and tracking product orders.
- Maintain client project folders (physical and on Dropbox) with details relevant to projects.
- Attend client meetings and take notes so the designer can focus on the presentation.
- Measure client rooms for design project planning, and input in floor planning software (knowledge of Sketchup is a plus).
Qualifications:
Flexibility and positive team-focused attitude.
High level of attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills.
Proficient computer skills including proficiency with Google Drive, MS Office, Dropbox.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as necessary.
Social media and website (Wix) experience a plus.
Design experience is not necessary.
Drafting/Autocad/Sketchup skills is a plus.
The shift is Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Schedule flexibility is necessary on the day of a project installation.
