Store Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations, managing staff and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently throughout the peak season
Train, supervise, and delegate tasks to seasonal staff, fostering a collaborative and productive environment
Maintain a high level of customer service, promptly resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
Take responsibility for opening and closing the store, ensuring all duties are carried out smoothly
Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, guiding and providing hands-on training as needed
Adapt to changing seasonal demands and weather conditions, adjusting schedules and strategies accordingly
Store Manager Requirements:
3+ years of experience in retail
At least 1 year in a managerial or leadership role
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a diverse workforce
Familiarity with iPad-based POS systems; lightspeed preferred
