The Delaware Welcome Center Travel Plaza (I-95) is NOW HIRING (5) Cashiers and Stock Associates for our Z Market Retail Store.

The Retail Associate position starts at $9 per hour + Full Benefits and is Full or Part Time. Must be available to work either AM (7am-3pm), MID (10am-6pm) or PM (3pm-11pm) shifts.
We start at $10 per hour for the overnight shift (11pm - 7am).
Applicants must be able to lift 40 lbs. and be on their feet for an 8 hour shift.

The ideal candidate should:
Be outgoing, friendly and able to provide excellent customer service.
Be a detail oriented and fast learner.
Be a People Person, Professional, Dedicated, Happy and Very Cool Under Pressure.
Be ready to put in the work and reap the rewards.
Be available to work weekends and have reliable transportation.
Must be able to be on your feet for an 8 hour shift.

Benefits include:
$9 per hour to start for (7am - 3pm) or (3pm -11pm) shifts
$10 per hour to start for (11pm-7am) overnight shifts
40 Hour Work Week with 2 days off
Full Health and Dental Coverage after 90 days

Essential duties include:
Operate a cash register and accurately handle transactions
Receiving and storing deliveries
Working with other Team Members
Handling Guest Issues / Customer Service Recovery
Maintaining a clean store/ work area
Keep store/ coolers properly stocked
Maintain temperature logs
Set up Merchandise Displays
Ensure HMS Host operational standards
