Job Details
Starting Rate: $17.00/hr
Shift: Monday to Friday Day Shift
Locations: Wilmington, DE and Kennett Square, PA
Responsibilities: Maintaining apartment complex units and responding to tenant calls. Grounds keeping duties as well.
Requirements
- Kennet Square Location requires candidates to be proficient in Spanish Language
- Must live within 20-25 minutes of the site incase of emergencies
- Must have experience performing maintenance on apartments, appliances, and related objects
- Must be willing to submit to a drug and background screening upon offer
