We are seeking a skilled carpenter/handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing windows, doors, decks, trim, any fence installation experience. The carpenter will be responsible for measuring, cutting and installing all windows doors, trim, etc., The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be able to work independently or as part of a team, and have a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
Measuring, cutting and installation:
Windows, doors, trim
Fence repair/Installation
Deck repair and or installation
Trim excess material and clean up the installation area
Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction with the installation
Maintain tools and equipment
Requirements:
Previous work experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Strong work ethic
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 100 pounds)
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Salary: The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience.
This is a 1099 position.
