Delaware Cadillac is currently seeking a full-time experienced paint prepper to join our highly motivated auto repair shop.
As a Paint Prepper at Delaware Cadillac Body Shop, you will gain valuable skills in top notch collision repair AND a successful career path! The Paint Prepper is responsible for prepping all vehicles to be refinished. Damaged vehicles should be restored to pre-accident condition, following the written repair order and Delaware Cadillac's operational excellence processes. The Paint Prepper play a key role in delivering on Delaware Cadillac's promise of speed, quality and customer satisfaction.
Applicants must be reliable, dependable and truly seeking career opportunities. We are a fast paced, high production shop with an extensive client list. Experience is necessary because on the job training is not available at this time. We need someone who can jump in and start right away with little supervision.
