Busy Industrial Refinishing shop Located in New Castle, Delaware is looking to expand its team. We are looking for several team members for our growing shop, we specialize in refinishing heavy equipment, skid steers, forestry equipment to just name a few items. Hiring for the following Positions:

Preparation Tech
_________________________________________________________________________________________
Must have the ability to lift fifty pounds or more, physically climb onto and around the machines during the paint preparation process which includes removing grease, debris and sanding equipment utilizing dual action air powered sanders.
Must provide their own basic hand tools
Sand blasting experience preferred but not necessary
Grinding, sanding and preparing panels for paint
Wipe down, tape, and mask equipment
Ability to work independently and as a team member a must
Follow Directions

Press brake
Plasma table experience a plus

Familiar with epoxy primer application and single stage paints is a plus
Wipe down, tape, and mask equipment

Shop hours are Monday through Friday 900 am - 5:30 pm, work load sometimes requires ability to work extended work days and weekends.
Work ethic, positive attitude and punctuality is a must
Must be able to follow directions
Pay rate is based on skill sets, experience and productivity
