Lane Roofing and Exteriors is looking for highly skilled roofing mechanics, knowledgeable in shingles, slate, EPDM, sheet metal work, or other types of roofing systems. Must be comfortable working working on steep sloped roofs. Siding and window experience helpful. Must have valid driver's license and be able to pass random drug screenings. We are looking for both salaried employees and small job subcontractors. This job is in New Castle County, Delaware and the surrounding counties.
Salaried position: Salary plus bonus based on production and Change Order sales. You will be driving our company trucks. You will need to be knowledgeable in a wide range of roofing systems (i.e. slate, copper soldering, EPDM, AND other roof types.)
1099 Subcontractor: Pay is per job. This can be more lucrative for a production and quality oriented technician who prefers to be self-employed. You will need to be very knowledgeable only in the type of roofing system you will be working on (i.e. slate, copper soldering, EPDM, OR other roof type). You will be driving your truck, or one of ours.
