Job Description: We're looking for skilled Roofing Technicians who are ready to work hard from day one and stay with us for 5-10 years or more. As a Roofing Technician, you'll install and repair different types of roofs with precision and care.
Basic Job Requirements:
Ability to communicate in English
Clear background check
Pass a drug test upon hiring and randomly during employment
Comfortable working outside in all weather
Ability to stand and move around all day
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
Reliable transportation to our shop every morning

Technical Skills We're Looking For:
EPDM/TPO/PVC: Ability to lay out drainage crickets, flash curbs and drains, complete tie-ins, handle single ply flashing details, monitor materials, tear off old roofing, use tools like screw guns and scissors, heat weld, and flash seams.
Metal Roofing: Experience walking on steep slopes, installing standing seam panels, following shop drawings, flashing curbs, and crafting custom pieces.
Power Tools: Proficiency with drills, impact drivers, hammer drills, Sawzalls, circular saws, and heat guns.
Hand Tools: Familiarity with scissors, neoprene rollers, box cutter knives, keyhole saws, hammers, flat bars, chalk lines, snips, hand benders, and pop rivet guns.
Safety: Knowledge of personal protective equipment (PPE), job site safety protocols, fall protection measures, and operation of equipment like boom lifts, scissor lifts, and lulls. CPR certification is a bonus.
