Your role will be multifaceted, involving strategic planning, project management, and executive support to ensure the smooth operation of IT and Engineering initiatives.The Main Responsibilities Assist in developing and refining the IT & Engineering strategy, ensuring it aligns with the organization’s objectives. Ensure alignment, program management and execution of North Star change imperatives. Act as a trusted advisor to the SVP CIO and senior IT & Engineering leaders, providing insights and analysis to inform decision-making. Utilize critical thinking and needs assessment skills to analyze, problem-solve, and anticipate needs. Streamline operations and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the IT & Engineering teams. Facilitate communication between the IT & Engineering department and other business units, as well as external stakeholders. Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Ensure confidentiality with sensitive topics and initiatives. Facilitate daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders.
