You’re constantly evolving, so shouldn’t your opportunities be, too?The OpportunityThe Manager Card Operations will partner closely with Leadership and Sr. Management to support operational business routines and requirements to ensure adherence to required processes and procedures. Responsible for continuing to evolve and enhance existing governance routines, risk and control activities, critical system access management, along with project management and process improvement efforts. Effective communication across all levels of the organization and a spirit of building strong business and team relationships is essential.Ally work location for this role is Wilmington DE - Hybrid schedule 3 days in office, 2 days from homeThe Work Itself

Monitor and test adherence to established procedures and processes.

Observe trends and identify gaps, making recommendations for improving/creating work processes.

Manage and improve upon existing Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) infrastructure.

Manage access controls, permissions, and user lists to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.

Work with business partners and vendors, provide guidance on enhancements to resolve opportunities as identified, ensuring timely and accurate solutions.

Research and respond to time sensitive internal requests (audits, testing, incident, and issue management)

Proactively play a leadership role on ad hoc/topical items that come up throughout the normal course of business (e.g., operational, regulatory, financial, etc.).

Create and maintain cross-departmental relationships to enable business success.

The Skills You Bring

5+ years risk and control experience in financial services

Experience in credit card business operations preferred

Ability to manage simultaneously occurring tasks, projects, and programs in a deadline-driven business environment.

Strong leadership and learning agility.

Ability to effectively influence people at all levels of the organization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.

Critical thinking and excellent organizational skills.
