The Global Services Portfolio team is an essential enabler for Global Services and strategies to simplify and converge services offerings to help customer achieve their outcome. The team focuses on customer outcome-based services, defining comprehensive plans to support the technology along lifecycle and along the customer journey.The Services Product Manager, reporting to the Director of Global Services Portfolio, has ownership and accountability for the specification, design, engineering, and overseeing the effective deployment of post-sales service offerings capabilities to support our business. This role will partner with Business Unit (BU) leadership, Product R&D and Services to deploy services complementary of BUs technologies to enable customers achieving the desired outcome successfully and optimizing business profitability for BUs and the company.A successful BU Services Engineering Product Manager will design and implement service capabilities which are easy to sell, easy to deliver outcome based made valuable contributions to customers, and add to BUs’ profitability.In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Conducts regular services business updates for essential team members including BU’s leadership, Services leadership, and quarterly ELT updates.

Conducts research on user experience and needs, current market trends and general functionality to better understand the specifications of applicable services.

Brings together & filters market's unmet and/or under-served services capabilities needs based on business feasibility, scale, and return on investment.

Create saleable service features and deliver design-ready specifications focused on desired customer outcomes, that minimize delivery costs and improve profitability.

Design services capabilities in collaboration with Services Design Engineers to ensure alignment to desired specifications.

Incubate and validate services designs in collaboration with Services Validation Engineers. This includes delivering the service to a limited set of customers.

Maintain post-sales services roadmap ensuring coverage across the BU and across all phases of services lifecycle.

Supports services BU Offering Management in marketing and sales strategies including pricing, sales enablement, and customer training.

Accountable for service readiness and engineering support of the implementation of new services for delivery functions.

Responsible for continuous improvement of released services including performance monitoring and improvement change orders.

Responsible for sunsetting services by supporting such decision and implementing the retirement of applicable services.

For This Role, You Will Need:

5+ years of services delivery, services product management or equivalent

3+ years in the T&M or Control and Automation or relevant high-tech industry.

Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional alignment and execution.

Strong executive-level communication and presentation abilities.

English Language Proficiency with effective oral and written communication skills.

Travel – 20% to global Services sites and customer locations as needed.

Preferred location: Austin, Costa Rica, Europe
