Job description :
Co-ordinating with managers / team to plan and execute projects
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, and budgets
Sharing relevant documentation and reports with the project team
Documenting and following up on important actions / decisions from meetings
Preparing necessary materials for meetings
Providing administrative support
Ensuring project adheres to frameworks and all documentation is maintained properly for each project
Coordinating with key stakeholders involved in the project (Such as executives, external vendor)
Creating and reviewing reports
Requirements
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of the team
Ability to work on tight deadlines
Problem-solving and time management skills
Attention to detail
Highly organized
Master's in Computer Science or Engineering Management or Project Management or Information Systems / Technology (Preferred)
